Once you submit a request I will respond within 2 weeks to discuss payment & the commission with you

Messages are responded to in the order they are received. I'm one dead guy, so response times will vary

Commissions [not including animations or large orders] will be completed within 1 month from the date payment is accepted [unless a different time line is discussed]

Your commission will be sent via discord or google drive where you can download it

I may stream/record the process of your commission, if you want it kept private please let me know!

You must be at least 18 years old to commission me since you need to be 18 years old to use PayPal

I only use PayPal + Ko-fi right now for payment, in the future I'll be looking into other forms of payment types

I will discuss an estimate with you for the final project based on hours. 50% of this estimate is due up front

I will not start commission until 50% of the payment is sent

Rush order are available for an additional 50% of the cost. You'll be given priority over other orders in queue (rush order will be completed within 14 days of payment)

If you wish to cancel a commission, you are able to do so up until I send the** first rough draft**. You will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, after that point, no refund will be issued.

I will issue a full refund if there is any cancelation by me

I retain all commercial rights, unless otherwise discussed, including but not limited to making stickers/prints/merchandise. this also includes being used in content such as used in twitch/emotes/youtube etc.

Commercial rights will include a commercial fee

(2x price) album covers, music videos, advertising, etc.

(3x price) the art will be used for merch. ie. prints, stickers, apparel, etc. or if the art will be used in media such as in a video game, etc.

Do not post my artwork without giving proper credit / tagging me

If you're using my art on your stream or any other website, please either tag my twitter or my carrd

None of my work may be used in blockchain technology/ NFTs/ or any future endeavors relating to or associated with block chain technology.

Do NOT contact me if you wish to use my art for NFT related purposes at ALL

I may post your finished piece on social media / in my portfolio

If you wish to keep your commission private please let me know in advance
